Individual sessions

We aim to provide a safe, trauma-informed space  where clients can explore their feelings and experiences at their own pace. By integrating various therapeutic modalities and emphasising empowerment, we work alongside clients to set personalised goals and develop effective coping strategies tailored to their unique journeys.

Parenting and Family support sessions

Our parenting/family support sessions are DBT informed and designed to help families build stronger relationships, improve communication, and resolve interpersonal issues. We believe that every family has unique strengths, and we work with families to identify those strengths and build on them to create a more positive and supportive family environment. We offer individualised parent/family sessions to assist parents and family members to understand their loved ones who are struggling, this includes psychoeducation, behaviour and skills training.

Telehealth/Zoom & phone counselling

Our telehealth sessions allow clients to receive quality mental health care from the comfort and convenience of their own home. We utilise a secure and easy-to-use platform to provide clients with a safe and confidential space to discuss their concerns and work towards their goals. Please note, services involving children are often best conducted in a face-to-face format
